These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Ozwin 365 platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to the Ozwin 365 website, mobile version, and all associated services.

Registration & Account

To register on Ozwin 365, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming must be legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must register with accurate and complete information.
• Only one account per person is permitted.

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be terminated and all balances forfeited.

Keep your account password strong and do not share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Ozwin 365:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• No charges are applied to deposits, though payment provider fees may apply.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

Bonuses & Promotions

Ozwin 365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 30x.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Ozwin 365 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is suspicion of abuse.
• Bonus contribution rates may vary by game (slots: 100%, Live Casino: 10–50%).

Game & Betting Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on Ozwin 365:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are completely fair.
• Each game has its own betting limits — the minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within the game interface.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on server-side data.
• After winning a progressive jackpot, it may take up to 24 hours for the balance to be credited.

Additional rules apply to Sports Betting. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be refunded. Any bets placed after the market closes in live betting will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ozwin 365:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using a family member's account to circumvent bonus requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Fraud: Exploiting software bugs for unfair advantage or attempting to hack the platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use or selling your account.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• False Information: Submitting forged documents or false information during registration or verification.

Account Closure & Suspension

Ozwin 365 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Payment processing and fraud prevention.
